EXHIBITOR
Ticket price: Included in stand price
You will need to register via your exhibitor zone when this opens - we will let you know when you can do this.
It's really important you do this - if you do not register as an exhibitor, you will not receive your exhibitor badge, which you need to gain access to the show.
You do not need to register as a visitor supplier or pay for entry into the show.

SPEAKER
Ticket price: Free
New for this year's show, all speakers should select from the aforementioned registration types and register via the form that applies to them.
Our conference team will let you know when to do this, and will provide you with a code to enter on your chosen registration type. It's really important you do this so we can provide you with a dual badge to use when onsite, and ensure you're not required to pay for entry into the show.

MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS
Ticket price: Free
We're providing meeting facilities onsite for some industry associations/partners. As a member looking to attend one of these, your membership will provide you with a short registration form to get complimentary access into The Meetings Show. All attendees to The Meetings Show need a badge in order to enter.
All invited members will be provided with a unique code with which to register, you will need this to hand. If you do not have one, please speak with your member organisation.
NEXT GEN (STUDENTS)

We want to help event industry newcomers build their networks, learn from industry heavyweights and forge their own career paths. So, in partnership with Event First Steps, we've created a dedicated programme at this year's show, for students and individuals looking to get into our wonderful industry.
