Non-buyer Pass

Northstar Meetings Group is operating a range of pricing options to allow non-buyer visitors to attend three of its market-leading events in Europe: The Meetings Show, Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show.

These events are co-located at Excel London and take place on 25-26 June.

If you are exhibiting at The Meetings Show 2025, you do not need to purchase a non-buyer pass - you will be directed to complete an exhibitor registration.

Register your interest in The Meetings Show to be the first to know when non-buyer registration opens.

The following two-day pricing options are available to non-buyer visitors:

£699 + VAT pp - until 31 March
£850 + VAT pp - between 1 April and 24 June
£999 + VAT pp - during the show registration fee (25-26 June)

Each pass gives visitors access to all three events – The Meetings Show, Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show – which are co-located at Excel London, for both days (25-26 June), including complimentary access to in-person conferences.
