ONSITE REGISTRATION

Unregistered visitors will need to purchase a Visitor Ticket to enter the trade show. Tickets are priced at £999 +VAT and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Purchased tickets can be used on one or both of the show open days.

COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION

A Visitor Ticket will give you access to: the education programme, the exhibition floor, show-floor networking events, the event app and both co-located events, Business Travel Show Europe and TravelTech Show.

After registering, download the show app to navigate through the show: search for The Meetings Show in your app store.

EXHIBITOR

Unregistered exhibitor stand staff can go to the Registration Desk in the Hall N3 entrance for assistance. Proof of exhibitor status will be required.

SPEAKER

All speakers will have been sent a registration link already. If you are unable to locate your email confirmation and badge, simply head to N3 where the team will be able to print your badge for you. Proof of speaker status will be required.

MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS

If you are attending an onsite membership meeting, your membership will have provided you with a registration code to get complimentary access into The Meetings Show.

All invited members need to complete the form linked above and enter the unique code you received on the form.
