Soraya Gadelrab has 18+ years experience of running exhibitions and events. Having worked for market leading organisations such as Hyve Group and Montgomery Group as well as a number of consulting projects including for Climate Action, Belgrade Food Show, Brand Events and The Drinks Trust, she is experienced in developing & repositioning large mature B2B exhibitions, specialist niche events, geo-clones, launches, conferences and awards, both in the UK and globally. Soraya is currently Event Director for Spring & Autumn Fair at Hyve Group.

Soraya is passionate about driving forward the exhibitions and events sector and is very well networked. She thrives on developing the next generation of leaders in the industry and encouraging others to join this incredible sector through regular talks at universities. She previously sat on the AEO Development Board and the AEO Diversity & Inclusion Group, was Founding President and is current Board Member of Women in Exhibitions Network UK and regularly mentors others in the industry. She has also spoken at and hosted panel discussions about the future of our industry at the AEO Conference and at International Confex.
