Ms. Melissa Butler is an Eleuthera native, whose heritage is deeply nestled in the beautiful Islands of The Bahamas. Her heart and passion for people steered her to pursue a degree in tourism and hospitality management for her advanced studies. Ms. Butler's career in the hospitality and tourism industry spans ten plus years. Her diligence in the private hospitality sector allowed her the opportunity to sharpen skills in logistics, management, sales, and marketing as she advanced from an Intern to Assistant Director during her career. In 2021, Ms. Butler joined The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, Investments, and Aviation and currently holds the position the Regional Manager for The Bahamas Tourist Office based in London, with responsibility for promoting and marketing the Islands of The Bahamas internationally, including travel for Meeting & Incentives.
