Jennifer has over two decades of experience in tourism and destination marketing. For eight years, she served as Marketing Liverpool's Head of Convention Bureau, thrice earning an M&IT Silver Award for Best UK Convention Bureau. In 2023, Jennifer established Liverpool's Visitor Economy Sustainability Taskforce and won the GDS-Movement's Most Improved Destination Award. She has degrees in Cities, Culture, and Creativity, and French and Spanish, and is a certified teacher. Jennifer also holds a GSTC Professional Certificate and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing. She previously chaired the Destination Group as Board Director of the Meetings Industry Association.
