Ferron Gray
embassies and international trade organisations, business leaders and their senior teams, to discuss how to ‘use mental health policy to increase productivity’. He has spoken within the House of Lords, the House of Commons, various G20 Nations, the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the United Nations (UN).
Ferron engages with many organisations and companies each year and is the Founder &
President of Grae Matta Group. A group of organisations whose mandate is to improve
Mental Health in Higher Education and the Workplace by developing and influencing
organisational policy.
Included within his group of companies is Grae Matta Foundation; a non-profit organisation
that’s aimed to aid industries, institutions and organisations develop unique mental health
policies, standards and campaigns which are specifically applicable to their industry. This
has never been done before as no National or International Standards exist in Mental Health.
Having a standardised way of deploying services would save Billions if not Trillions of Pounds. In the UK stress accounts for 45% of lost working days in an average working year, and £105,000,000,000 to the economy. Mental health disorders are on the rise in every country in the world and could cost the global economy up to £12.5 trillion between 2010 and 2030
Ferron founded Grae Matta to create awareness and subsequently create change.
Through this ideology the United Nations (UN) has recognised Ferron’s vision and as such
granted Special Consultive Status with the UN to the Grae Matta Foundation.
Ferron is a Specialised Forensic Psychologist and a member of the B20 Education & Employment Task Force representing the United Kingdom.
