Ellie is the founder of Lim, a studio of creative thinkers that specialises in visualising business content for some of the world's leading brands.  A visualiser for over 10 years, Ellie believes the foundation of being able to visualise well is through understanding the purpose of the conversation and the brains in the room. By asking the right questions, she can quickly determine which visual approach is going to be best to support a group to do their best work.  Ellie brings real energy to any meeting, and no two conversations are ever the same which is what she loves. One day she might be working in the world of chocolate, the next aeroplanes. When she's not got a pen in her hand, she's a keen long-distance triathlete and can be found improving her PB most days.
