Visit Connect puts the success of the show firmly in your hands. Using their own smart device, exhibitors can verify, rate, prioritise, monitor, and respond to leads in real time, from the show floor or remotely from a team member at your office.
Visit Connect allows you to collect qualified leads with questions tailored to your needs and follow up on those insights later. You can also take notes, voice memos, and pictures to avoid gaps during conversations.
If you are sharing the lead capture app between main and sharer stands, be aware that how you set it up this year is different. To do this, once the main stand, via the e-zone, has purchased the Visit Connect app (which has unlimited use so you only need one licence), they will receive an email with a QR code that they can share with their staff and with their sharers, as long as everyone is happy to all be on the same account. This option is called Scan & Go, and allows quick set up, but not the ability to include custom questions. To do this, each exhibitor must purchase their own lead capture app. Order now, before you go onsite!
How the app works:
You can access the web app with a simple click or scan QR codes on your mobile devices. Your onsite team captures leads by scanning the QR codes on visitors’ badges.

Within 48 hours of completing your order, you will receive an email called "Set up your Connect account - The Meetings Show 2024", asking you to activate your license. You'll then be able to set up your team, pre-set questions, and share individual access links from the Connect web portal.
