The Meetings Show celebrates return of world’s top meetings and events suppliers

The Meetings Show celebrates return of world’s top meetings and events suppliers

Meetings and events suppliers from around the globe will be celebrating a return to London this summer at The Meetings Show, the UK’s leading platform for the global meetings and events community.

Hundreds of destinations, venues, hotels and other suppliers – both UK and international - are gearing up to meet with buyers at the 10th edition of The Meetings Show, taking place at London ExCeL on 29 and 30 June.

Reflecting the global meetings and events industry’s desire to get back to business following the pandemic, this year’s landmark show will welcome the return of international destinations such as VisitDenmark, The Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau and Korea MICE Bureau alongside newcomers such as Istanbul Convention & Visitors Bureau and Zimbabwe National Conventions Bureau.

The show will again be supported by convention bureaux from all four corners of the UK, with newcomers Meet Bristol and Bath and Destination Harrogate joining long-time supporters London Convention Bureau and Visit Leeds as well as regional bodies VisitBritain, Visit Belfast, VisitScotland and Visit Wales.

The world’s most prestigious meetings and events venues and hotel groups will also be at The Meetings Show to share their updates with buyers. Venues of Excellence, Hilton, Melia Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Barcelo, Legacy Hotels and Great Hotels of the World are among those waiting to show buyers how they can exceed their expectations for their next event.

The line-up will be completed by technology suppliers such as Shocklogic and Cvent and the industry’s top associations who will return to The Meetings Show during its landmark year, where it will again be co-located with The Business Travel Show Europe at London ExCeL.

Up and coming technology companies also have the opportunity to apply for TMS Introducing – a brand new, cost-effective way to target buyers looking for the most diverse and innovative business meetings and event tech. Successful applicants will then be entered into a competition, which will be voted for onsite by attendees, to receive a free stand at the 2023 show.

Jack Marczewski, event director, The Meetings Show, said: “Space is filling fast in the exhibition hall at London ExCeL and we are thrilled to see the return of our international exhibitors as well as the addition of newcomers from both the UK and further afield. We look forward to welcoming them, as well as our valued long-time supporters, through the show doors in June where they will be able to facilitate valuable meetings that will rebuild the global meetings and events industry.”

Buyer registration is open for the show, taking place at ExCeL London on 29 and 30 June 2022.
