For those who prefer to take innovation to another level, The Meetings Show is also providing the opportunity to present a session at The Blank Canvas. The dedicated space is designed to push boundaries and showcase products and services driving change in the industry and has been a popular addition since its introduction in 2023.
The team has worked hard to ensure a strong ROI for speakers, providing benefits such as access to VIP networking, profile building and featuring in the 2025 speaker playbook, which creates a longer-lasting legacy and furthers the reach to meetings and events buyers.
Samme Allen, CEO, atex said: “Our lineup is all about igniting ideas and shaping the future of the meetings, events and incentives world, so we’re really keen to hear from all of those experts who want to make that happen. Potential speakers can find all the information they need in our extensive list of FAQs that have been carefully designed to support applications. The team is looking forward to working with them to drive innovation.”
Jack Marczewski, portfolio event director, Northstar Meetings Group, said: “The Meetings Show provides the perfect environment for ideas and innovation to be shared, and education is therefore an integral part of our event. We continue to be committed to delivering a firstclass education programme that provides attendees with a wealth of knowledge and expands their horizons and also helps them maximise their time during a visit to the show.”
The deadline for submissions is 17 January. The speaker form and FAQs for submissions and providing further details can be accessed here.
